Submitting my first original-ish work here, both the music and the chart!

I always thought that "Olson" deserved a bit more of a rise to glory than just a minute and change. Here is my take on what I believe the song could sound like in a progressive trance genre.

I hope you like Jackhammers! Have some fun.

>Perms (looks good if you’re willing to go on Fair Use, based off the details given from the FFR Permissions v8 thread), metadata, sync good.
>Mostly additive layering, a bit of bmsCore layering.

17.331-17.377 - Off-sync? If these two notes are for the two noises, then two arrows should be on 17.377 & 17.446. Actually, recheck later for all these blue-cyan (vice-versa) & grey-cyan (vice-versa) pairs cuz it seems more accurate if they were blue-orange (vice-versa) pairs.
17.790/19.992 - Missing note
20.404-40.221 - I’m guessing you stepped the main melody first, and then the kicks. The problem in this section is that some of the jumps here aren’t part of the main melody. As a result, these specific jumps should actually be singles and also away from the 16ths jack. Examples of these are 22.606, 24.808, 25.909, etc. Same problem occurs later on.
25.909 - No main melody here, only a kick… this should be a single.
26.184/28.386 - Not sure why this is a jump. It sounds more like another of those two-note pairs.
41.872-70.496 - Alright, time for another consistency check. Snares and main melody are mostly good, though some of the snares aren’t being stepped. Some of the kicks are layered and some aren’t. I’m not sure if you’re trying to layer in the kicks throughout this section. Examples of these snares are 63.065, 65.267, 67.469, etc. Examples of these kicks are 45.726, 50.129, 52.331, etc.
73.776 - What’s this note going to?
79.304-96.918 - Kinda weird that this is the only WhiteNote-heavy section in the song. Why not use normal colors?
91.964 - Missing note
96.918-109.028 - So this section doesn’t have much of the main melody, which I guess led you to two choices: “(1.) Continue this section by stepping the main melody and snares like before, but have an easier section as a result. (2.) Mimic the previous sections’ note density by stepping the hi-hats instead.” I guess you chose the latter?
109.028-110.129/122.239-123.065 - Don’t forget to layer in those higher notes of the main melody.
120.863-158.570 - Reverting back to layering with singles and jumps, eh? This is fine, though I wouldn’t blame you if you went all jumps/chordjack-y in this section. Making even the 32nds into jumps is an option too. Also, are you taking into account the main melody noises here that AREN’T high-note?
131.872-132.560 - You might wanna shift around some of these notes here.
193.799-195.313 - Within this section, please recheck the sync of the radio signal noises.
196.712 - Not sure what makes this radio signal so special that it deserves a jump.

>>Great remix, sounds really different from the original. Decent file, but definitely needs much polish. [6.5/10]

-[01:51.505] 8th jump here shouldn’t be anchored with the 16ths here.

-[01:53.019 / 01:53.294] Similar situation with the 16ths here; Shouldn’t be anchored with the jump.

-[01:55.909] anchor issue (shouldn’t be aligned with the longjack)

-[02:04.166] same anchor issue

-[02:24.258] Missing jumps leading into the 32nd here? Check the type of jump-to-single layering that you utilise for other parts in this section.

-[02:36.093] Missing note.

-[02:36.368] Should be a 16th anchor, just like the rest of the PR prescribed throughout this song.

-File plays alright for the first half, but quickly falls into some generalization cleanup errors in the second-half. It’s a high reject for me, can absolutely benefit from fixing up the second-half where the timestamps start to pick up. Don’t have much to say about the first-half.
