(Playtest Impression)(0.7x Rate) Does some pretty interesting things…
12.553/58.153 - strictly speaking this probably shouldn’t be a jump, the 8th before should be. Could maybe be stylistic here though, so you decide
40.678 - jump?
53.878 - feels like maybe another syllable should land here-ish
67.078 - ^
88.803 - feels ghost-y

I really like how this file uses one-handed stresses. It works really well, and results in a file that feels like I might trick myself into thinking I can AAA at full speed. One day.

*Also heads up, no need to tweak for framers anymore. New FFR files are now framerless.

Matthia was consulted for input on this file and offers the following feedback/suggestions:

Surprisingly most of the stuff in the file is very much do-able, despite how super wack all of the bursts seem to look. The series of bursts starting at 37.227 to 39.627 is really tough but mostly okay, though I highly suggest to the charter (although it's not necessarily required) that they should change up these bursts in such a way that it always avoids hitting two consecutive same column notes on the same hand (denoted by red lines in the pic), so that it eases the hand/wrist motion going into each of these bursts. A picture I made below to help visualize the idea for these changes:

Other than that, there’s nothing more to note about the rest of the file, which goes completely fine in terms of playability.
Overall, as a judge consultant, I rate this file’s playability a solid Playable/10

*8.765-9.365/11.165-11.765/etc - Ghost notes. Take out these orange 32nds.
9.777 - Should be jump
20.277-20.402/22.377-22.502/etc - This buzz sound was previously 24ths. Shouldn’t these buzz bursts be 24ths as well?
*36.777-36.827 - Dunno how you got this 24th triplet, but it’s actually just two 16ths.
39.627-44.427 - What are the jumps going to during this scream-stream?
*44.427-51.327 - The scream suddenly changes to 24ths… for some reason. Please nerf to 16ths.
52.602/1:04.090/1:05.021/1:06.327/1:07.390/1:27.777/1:28.802 - Ghost note
*52.677-52.877 - This is just another buzz burst like the other previous buzz bursts. Take out the last 2 notes of the burst and make it jumptrillable.
53.877/1:07.052/1:28.452 - Missing note
1:17.877 - Should be single
1:28.927-1:31.509 - Please step the laughs.

>>Poopy patterns. File is technically correct, except for the unwarranted dumpy asterisk’d parts.

1) i can't take out the ghost 32nds. they feel fine to hit and the file is too easy if they are taken out, also staircases feel harder to hit, it's an ergonomics thing. if the file cannot be accepted because of the ghost 32nd notes then i'm ok with that, i'm not taking them out

2) the buzz bursts are short and the buzz sound that were 24ths are long, which is why they are 24ths, yes it's not technically correct but that's the only way to balance the file difficulty, once again, i can't change these to 24ths since they are a core part of the file

39.726-44.427 the jumps go to the.. little drum thingy in the back. it comes in sets of twos mostly, you should be able to hear it
44.427-51.327 the 24ths are the screams themselves, i cannot change these. once again, core part of file, if the file has to be rejected because of this then so be it, the file is not what it is without these

64.090 not a ghost note. kaijin's second syllable
66.327 not a ghost note, daisuki's second syllable
53.877 not a missing note, pizza-doru is 4 syllables

removed laughs because they didn't sound clear enough, removed the other male vocal persons, only has main vocal persons speaking stepped now

tl;dr, i can't remove those dumpy parts because they are a core part of the file and since ffr apparently is framerless now i think they are fine to hit. the file feels boring and less challenging if the dumpy parts aren't there and i think ffr can use a dumpy file like this one. please consult with other two judges on the file (trumaestro/matthias) on the ghost notes and dumpstream areas, and if we can't arrive on a conclusion i'm ok with the file being rejected.

A new chart file was uploaded with the following changes:
----------
Note Count changed: 1579 => 1564
AVG NPS changed: 17.25683 => 17.0929
Hand Bias changed: 19 => 16

Suggest double checking the bursts at 27.176 and 31.978. You probably intend on those being split rolls like all the rest of them but the patterns used are more jumptrill-able/somewhat inconsistent. Not a required fix.

Will still move this to Accept as FR notes were either addressed or your arguments make sense to both judges.

double checking bursts
edit: been super busy, i'll get the final fix uploaded before march 1st
