It Feels Like Home (M0nkeyz)
>Perms, metadata, sync good.
>Bassy kicks & snare = jumps. Spring noise’s patterns are nerfed to 32nds. Later sections of 96ths are nerfed to 48ths.
18.648-18.975/27.296-27.623/etc - So I’m not sure if you’re using white notes here to differentiate between “spring + bell” and “just the spring noise” 32nds.
19.762 - Sounds closer to 19.751.
20.067-20.720 - Good lord, this is some inaudible 10% speed stuff, to which there might be a slight bass kick(?) on the 24ths.
*23.051-23.298/40.348-40.596 - Kinda weird that you’re dicksyncing here - for these three arrows; just simplify them to 32nds.
24.087 - Sounds closer to 24.075.
24.594-25.134 - Could change 3232[34] into 3131[24] to mimic the [24] on 25.539.
*26.479 - Not sure if this note is going to the static or to the vocal pitch change; either way, it should be on 26.424.
*26.743 - Should be [3]. Vocals here don’t even sync to allow an anchor - like in 19.190.
28.411 - Sounds closer to 28.400.
28.918-29.188 - If these two arrows are going to the “ha-ha” vocal, then it sounds closer to 29.008 and 29.278 respectively. If they’re not supposed to go to the “ha-ha” vocal, then just remove it.
32.735 - Sounds closer to 32.724
*35.063 - Missing note
*38.101/70.539/71.620/74.864/75.945/79.188/80.297/84.593 - Missing jump
38.170 - If you’re trying to get that static noise, then it’s closer to 38.192.
40.843 - Sounds closer to 40.821
41.385 - Sounds closer to 41.373
42.168 - Sounds closer to 42.212
42.702 - Sounds closer to 42.657
46.821 - Sounds closer to 46.842
*47.126/71.114/79.764 - Ghost note.
49.492 - Sounds closer to 49.470
50.034 - Sounds closer to 50.022
52.359 - Sounds closer to 52.348
52.525 - Sounds closer to 52.536
55.990 - Sounds closer to 55.956
56.575-56.936 - Not sure if this is a failed dicksync, or just triplets that are simplified 24ths for this Asian string instrument. If it’s the latter, it still feels like a 2-note swing.
58.141 - Sounds closer to 58.118
58.682 - Sounds closer to 58.671
*61.485-62.161/65.810-66.542 - Same concern as 56.575-56.936. Also, you’re layering in the spring noise with the Asian string now? How come 52.359-53.242/56.575-56.936 didn’t get that?
63.410 - Sounds closer to 63.399
63.625 - Sounds closer to 63.614
63.794 - Sounds closer to 63.783
64.210 - Sounds closer to 64.199
64.638 - Sounds closer to 64.605
66.789 - Sounds closer to 66.767
67.331 - Sounds closer to 67.319
71.654 - Sounds closer to 71.643
73.287 - Sounds closer to 73.253
75.438 - Sounds closer to 75.415
75.978 - Sounds closer to 75.967
76.519 - Sounds closer to 76.497
*79.118-79.492/83.512-83.816 - So why 64ths now instead of your usual 192nds? This here is the same section as 74.864-75.190 (and the previous times).
80.329 - Sounds closer to 80.318
81.936 - Sounds closer to 81.902
84.087 - Sounds closer to 84.064
84.627 - Sounds closer to 84.616
85.168 - Sounds closer to 85.145
*87.026 - I think this is the starting point of the trill. 86.846/86.936 should be removed.
87.882/88.422/92.212/92.752 - Ghost note
95.663-101.401 - Same concern as 87.026. Also ghost notes and such.

Thanks for the notes, I will mainly be addressing ositz notes :P thanks trumaestro, I was pretty nervous about uploading this because it's a very expressive chart.
@ositz
I'll be changing all the somewhat inaccurate notes with sub-beats, but as a whole this chart is fairly expressive in its patterning, There are alot of super fast bursts that wouldn't be playable if I stepped them technically. As such, there are alot of choices I made based on how I interpreted the music. You made some good notes and I'll definitely be changing alot according to what you suggested
18.648 etc: I changed these to 32nd's except for the last white note to be a bit more accurate
19.762: I moved all of these with sub-beats, but I feel they're closer to the 64th's than what you're suggesting. It's pretty ambivalent though -> https://imgur.com/a/zgJf90A (green note is 28.411 and the line at 28.400 is your suggestion, I moved it to 28.406 with a sub-beat right on the red wave line)
24.594: YES, good call
26.479: I'm not sure this is true, yes there is some noise at 26.430, but the vocal repeats a bit later than the 8th, I had it on the 8th for better flow
26.743: Changed it, I think I had them seperated because of the bell sound on the 4th note, but that actually doesn't make much sense since I'm following the vocals there.
20.067-20.720: These notes are to the vocals and I can hear them fairly well on 1.0x, it actually becomes alot harder to hear them when you slow the rate down.
*23.051 etc : Changed it, I left the last note white to be congruent with the stuff I do in the rest of the chart.
28.918: I know these are not accurate on the 4th and 8th, but to make it less cluttered with off-beat colors and because the sound is fairly hard to hear I made them 8th's. It also flows better since I made these notes part of the anchor with the kick + vocals at 29.459 etc.
*35.063: I'm not following these anywhere(17.771 etc) I only step them in the intro(0.469) because there's not much else going on there.
38.101: I omitted this jump on purpose to not create a hand when there's already an off-beat anchor and a grace note there. I changed all the others except 71.621, 75.945, 80.297 and 84.593 because those would be too much of a spike imo.
38.170: It's part of the off-beat anchor to the vocals.
42.702: Yes, changed it. Not entirely sure about 42.168 though
46.821: Yup, changed it
47.127: I agree this is too faint
56.575: Yup, changed this around with sub-beats, I won't dicksync it because that would be a spike, but I made it more accurate.
61.485: Made them more the same
63.410 etc: You're right, changed!
87.026: 86.846 is kinda faint, but I do hear it and I hear 86.936 very clearly
87.882: These are ghost notes, but there are also 2 instruments playing at the same time, if you don't mind I'd like to turn this into a 2 colored jump. (2 colors, but they're on the same beat)
Thanks for the notes, I will say that some of the graces feel less like graces when I put them closer to the beat, which for me makes the file play less smooth. So I took the liberty of the file being accepted to put them a bit farther away (still closer than I had them initially)
