Come Horn
---------
- Permissions, sync, metadata good.

- 16.515: I don't think a jump / minijack is warranted here.
- 18.799, 20.455, etc.: Should be on the 24th at 18.825--this is the same sequence as at e.g. 17.170.
- 20.756: This burst should end at the 16th.
- 21.480: This sound is very soft, suggest removing minijack.
- 23.446: Burst should continue through to the 8th like at 21.791.
- 29.653: Compared to your previous 48th bursts, this one is much less warranted. Suggest reducing.
- 31.515: Should be 32nds instead of 16th gluts, as at 28.205.
- 33.067: I think you could make this burst more interesting by reducing to 48ths into 32nds and patterning it more intricately.
- 36.273: This rhythm doesn't make sense considering the sound you're following is essentially a constant tone.
- 38.549, 38.860: Why are these jumps?
- 42.894: Suggest reducing right hand bias in this pattern, particularly given what comes before.
- 47.963, 48.170, 54.584: Should be singles, not jumps. See (for instance) 46.308.
- 49.627: This should be the jump, not 49.515.
- 53.308: Should be 32nd, not 24th. Also 53.549 should be on the next 24th.
- 59.860: Recommend moving this off column 3--anchoring the 12ths beforehand makes sense, but this is just percussion and has nothing in common with them.
- 60.067, 63.377, etc.: You don't usually follow this with a jump (though doing so would be consistent if you want to make the change everywhere), and the 16th should be moved to the next 24th.
- 70.023: Shouldn't be minijack.
- 72.687: Dumping 32nds doesn't really make sense here, and you just use a jump at 73.101.
- 73.929: This is a 24th gallop (i.e. 32 [124]), not a 32nd triplet.
- 76.136: No reason for these 48ths.
- 81.170: This sound continues until the 32nd before the beat, may make the most sense just to do straight 48ths through to the beat.
- 82.825: These two sounds are completely different, a jumpjack doesn't make sense here.
- 84.713: I'm not a fan of mixing and matching quantizations like this, why not just make this straight 48ths or straight 64ths?
- 85.463: Ghost note.

In the interest of brevity, I'll only give playability-related notes from here on, but please do look through the rest of the file for the same types of issues described above, particularly inconsistencies regarding swing and burst usage and mixed quantizations in non-polyrhythmic bursts.

- 91.722: This burst is way overdone, and it's not clear why there's a random gap in the 48ths nor a random 48th in the 32nds.
- 94.825-96.274, 98.136, etc.: Unclear why you follow percussion here when the melody's still going on and you only follow melody in surrounding areas.
- 139.308/etc.: These 48ths are pretty dense, may be worth it to reduce jumps to singles for a more consistent difficulty curve.
- 152.342: OHT feels excessive for this sound.
- 153.998: No reason for this much right hand bias with the minijack into OHT.

- This file is on the right track as fun factor goes, but it needs significant polishing for consistency, and the mixed quantizations should go. [5.5/10]

Come Horn - Mi40 (6.0/10)

Permission check = good
metadata = good

-9.380: Why do you step this part of the lyrics, but not 2.760
***18.799, 20.455, 25.420 etc etc: this should be a white note at 18.834 instead, you start the chart by stepping it as 24ths (which is fine as long as you're consistent) and then later on you step them too early. It arbitrarily ups the difficulty.
-23.032 and 23.239: These 2 jumps go to fairly different sounds and should probably be on different columns

-32.498: This 32nd is a ghost note.
-36.618: This 24th is slightly off and should be a 192nd at 36.592.
-46.825: No 8th to the melody here? You do it later on.
-53.308: Why is this a 24th instead of a 32nd?
-61.653: Why don't you start following the melody here? like so:
https://imgur.com/a/23XsQbD

-62.549: PR should follow A C B here
-69.377: These 32nds feel too slow...
-69.998: These 64th's should just be an 8th and a 24th
-72.739: 32nd seems like a ghost note
-73.411, 80.067, 81.687 etc: Now it's a 16th note instead of a 24th? And 78.386 is a white note again.
-74.110: This 64th feels noticeably off, if you want to make it a green hand, move it down with a subbeat otherwise just make it an 8th hand instead.
-75.687: The glitchiness starts at this 16th,
-76.170: I would remove the 48th since the overall sound of this is very different than the 48th bursts before it and the percussion on the 12th and 8th notes is much louder as well. Maybe something like this?
https://imgur.com/a/AowPkZo

-85.463: This 32nd is a ghost note.
-88.205: This 8th should be moved up slightly to 88.176
-89.549: Missing note
-91.722: This burst is speeding up, but you're stepping it as if it's slowing down.
-99.248: This 64th is too early, if you want to have it as a green note, move it down with a subbeat otherwise make it a 16th note instead.
-99.377: Why is this a jump?
-99.929: Now they're 24ths again, and sometimes you step them as 16th jumps as well. You go back and forth between 16th jumps and 24th singles in this section. I'm guessing the 16th jumps are for when the glitchy sound comes in, but at least make them 24th jumps then.
-105.584, 105.894, 106.101: The glitchiness here is way different than the other jumps that are there, why is there no distinction between the jumps? I feel these notes should be emphasised in some way.
-119.791: This 24th should probably not form a jack with 119.653 since they're different sounds. Instead I would put it on [3] to be congruent with the 12th at 120.411 Like this:
https://imgur.com/a/IbRfNMJ

-121.101 - 123.998: I think you should step the 'Ah's' here, since you start stepping them at 123.998
-126.067: These 32nd's feel too slow, you're stepping way slower stuff as 48th's earlier
-136.851: I would just step the kicks/snares here, this roll feels way too fast because alot of the sounds you're stepping are barely audible on 1.0
-164.653: Why is this a jump? It has about the same intensity as the 192nd before the hand.
-172.205: You're stepping the 'the flashbulb' part of the vocals, but you ignore the rest. I would much rather you either step the vocals or end the song with a cut and a fade-out before the vocals.

Even though I put down a lot of notes the chart isn't too bad, it just suffers from inconsistencies and quite a few misrhythms throughout. I would take these notes into consideration and adjust the chart accordingly.
