Wow this was a lot harder to step than my previous ones...

Frums blanket permission. Could be a token release related to the shorter versions of Credits we already have here.

- Permissions, metadata good.
- Sync is slightly early, change offset -0.045 -> -0.051. Timestamps given assuming this change.

- 16.140: No 48th flam here?
- 36.084: No percussion here, consider omitting.
- 40.190: Remove this or add at 26.783 and 34.827.
- 41.950: This and the next jump are both [12]s, but go to different sounds. Suggest 31[23]4[12] beginning from 41.615.
- 111.503: Consider making this [12][34] instead; this 3-note jack into OHT is a bit gnarly.
- 117.537: Consider using [34]2 so this right hand pattern feels less like a straight OHT.
- 122.900: Consider making [13] jump to reduce middle column bias.
- 145.526: Starting this roll on the same hand as the minijack is rough. Suggest something along these lines: https://i.imgur.com/1lYj8OO.png
- 146.364: Missing note for vocal sample.
- 160.190: Correct rhythm is this: https://i.imgur.com/gHIlEvv.png ("bi---an-nu-al")
- 164.632: What are the 3/16ths on column 1 for? As far as I can tell they're ghost notes.
- 166.894: Should be on the 8th at 166.811.
- 177.537: Not sure what these 32nds are for.
- 186.252: Ghost jump?
- 187.425: A bit disappointed not to see the vocal clipping acknowledged here (by a 24th trill or something), though it's by no means mandatory.
- 198.487-203.850: Recommend following the kicks in this section--they're a bit conspicuously missing and you start following them at 205.190.
- 208.542: Suggest [24] jump here (and adjust pattern accordingly) because this is pretty close to the previous [24] jump at 208.040 and doesn't share a sound with the column 1 note at 208.207.
- 229.325: Suggest jump for "you" + tom.
- 246.420, 248.933, 254.297: Missing jump.

- While it pains me slightly to suggest it since this is my favourite Frums song, I think the chart would benefit from the ending being trimmed down a bit; from 257.481 onwards, it doesn't really offer anything new musically or otherwise, but repeats the same patterning scheme for another 18 seconds.
- These jacks hurt lol. They make sense and are reasonable for the difficulty range, though, and some of the patterning sticks out as being really neat (like 106.643. Dang that's a cool pattern.) The file is overall pretty good, though could use a bit of polishing at times. [7.5/10]

Sync is off by like 6 ms, which is barely worth noting. However it's consistently off throughout the entire file so I guess it's worth moving the beat down.
First screenie is the first note and the second screenie is somewhere in the middle

-16.134: Seeing as 10.827 is a grace, this should probably be a grace as well.
-17.810: is also higher pitched than 16.134, I understand it wraps around PR wise, but having both 16.134 and 18.481 in the middle as 23 feels wrong. I suggest placing 16.134 as 34 since it's also higher pitched than 12.782 and that way the wrap around is more clear.
-26.861: The use of slowjacks here is really inconsistent and these don't actually feel like jacks.
-29.039: I don't understand why the following 2 notes are jacks, since the 8th at 29.375 is identical to this one. It's actually B A B, PR wise
-30.548: This is identical to 28.537, yet one is a jack and the other one is not.
-34.235: I think you have room to follow PR here
-40.185: You step this 16th but not the 16th at 26.777
-41.944: This shouldn't be on the same column as 42.280 considering they're a different pitch and you're clearly stepping the melody here.
-61.218 and 61.553(etc): Why are these jumps? The jump at 61.553 is actually making the anchor start too early, this happens throughout the entire file so I'm guessing it's intentional, but I don't hear a jump-worthy sound here.
-79.989: I feel the sound coming in right here should be highlighted in a way that's different from the pattern you've been using for the past 20 seconds.

-83.341 etc: These 4-note jacks are probably the hardest part of the file and they're all on the right hand throughout the file, I suggest balancing them out more. 151.721 is especially right-hand intensive

-88.201: Missing jump
-123.397: I hope this converts well lol, very spicy, also kinda fun

-135.296: Following your patterning this should be a [13] to the shaker, since [14]'s go to the kicks (I think the voices are too faint if you're following them here, I understand the different patterning starting at 136.805, because the vocals come in)
-135.464: I guess this would be [14] then
-135.799: and this [12]

-161.316: Missing note to the vocals
-162.070: ^
-165.911: Would personally like to see some differentiation between this note and the previous four, since there's a tape stop here (maybe make it a 192nd) purely subjective tho
-166.805: Missing note to the kick
-166.889: There is no percussion here, just the vocals, if you're stepping vocals you're missing 167.391 and 167.559, but you're not stepping the vocals here so I suggest removing.
-170.492, 170.660, 172.000, 172.587, 175.436, 181.889, 187.168: I understand why you omitted these, but they are quite prominent I suggest putting them in.

-177.531: This burst is really quiet, I suggest removing.
-200.492: Why do you step this, but not the louder kick before it at 200.324. You step the kicks at 205.185

You're consistent and the file is well layered. Most of my gripe with the file comes from pattern choices. It's acceptable as is, but definitely could use a look over.

Thanks for the comments.

Wow this is a lot harder to fix than my previous ones... The fix is not complete yet, but here are my notes so far:

- 16.140, 37.592: They sound like 96th flams but I'm not sure. Putting the 96ths for now. (TODO)
- 26.699-48.319: (TODO: improve PR)
- 36.084: I can hear a percussion, though it's slightly more quiet.
- 61.218, etc.: Jumps happen whenever the 24ths and 16ths coincide. It's hard to avoid the early anchor because the last 8 notes are quite similar to four 16th jumps, but I think it's worth taking another look. (TODO)
- 79.989: (TODO)
- 82.341-99.268: (TODO: Why did I put OHTs here lol they stopped being fun even before I initially submitted this file. Change to 2323 or something)
- 83.341, etc.: The difficulty of 4-jacks is actually the reason why I put all of them on the right hand: so that people can choose which hand to use by taking or not taking a mirror. 151.559 does look right-hand-intensive though, but I'm not sure how to change it, so I made 150.218-151.391 less right-hand-intensive so that players can get ready for it.
- 134.799-136.810 is following the voice. I don't think it's that faint, so leaving them as is.
- 161.280: (TODO: 1 on either here or 161.384, or both. These are 2 different sounds so the question is which one to follow)
- 163.626-165.134: The 1's in this part are for the distorted "This is PBS" sound. 164.632 and 164.883 are audible to me, but I'm not actually sure about 165.134. I think there is a sound there, and removing the last note would result in "This is PB" which felt weird, so I'm not removing it for now, but this part is worth revisiting since the 1's and 4's not being synchronized makes the pattern ugly anyway. (TODO)
- 186.252: It seems one of the notes should be 32nds (186.294)? Probably better to remove it instead.
- 187.425: Actually I was really tempted to put 24ths here, but decided not to because the voice wasn't stepped in this whole part.
- 229.325: (TODO)
- From 187.760 to end is a bit boring to play, but I wanted to see a complete full version. Hopefully the polyrhythms will make the ending less boring as they are non-trivial and have some variations. I'll try giving some more variations to them (especially the ending polyrhythms), like the one in 90.386. (TODO)
- The rest of the comments have been applied, I think.

----------
Note Count changed: 2882 => 2896
AVG NPS changed: 10.66617 => 10.71799
Hand Bias changed: -10 => -4

-16.140: This is a 32nd from the 4th, I personally think it would be a bit overkill to include the one at 37.592 because of the trill right before it and so much of the sound is masked by the percussion.

-61.218: I'm feeling pretty stupid for not noticing your approach to layering here haha, I think it's fine that the anchor is slightly longer although there are cases where you managed to circumvent it. (like 77.643)
Please don't take this note as me telling you to change all of them btw, I think the variety you have to them right now is way more important then being super rigid in your use of anchors.

-83.341: Fair point, although you might take away some freedom of the player by assuming they'd mirror it.

-151.559: I was playing around with patterns a little bit and I feel this repeating pattern fits the music well and might make the transition a little bit easier https://imgur.com/a/yshafMR

-134.799 - 136.810: Yeah, no problem! this was pretty nitpicky anyway.

All TODOs resolved. Most notably:
- Still not certain about 16.140 but it sounds closer to a 48th as Pizza said. Decided not to place a 48th at 37.592.
- Polyrhythms got a little more diverse; some of them still anchor and some don't.
- 79.989 is still a polyrhythm but now features a trill in 2, 3 and another trill in 1, 4.
- No more OHTs in 82.341-99.268.
- 151.559 now follows M0nkeyz's suggestion.
- 163.626-165.134 is now 1 2 2 3 3 3 [14][14][14][14][14]. It also turned out the third note should be a 32nd.
