What do you do on Monstrous Turtles! 32nds?
I want to know all the weird stuff ppl do on those 32nd streams.
Personally, I lean to the left and get all tense and lean forward. What do you do?

I hit them like any 32nd stream that is actually somewhere around 210 bpm or so I think, hit it like that bpm stream Relaxed arms and fingers and just avoid avmisses..

Hit it like normal stream. It's not really that fast (well it wasn't before I switched to spread and didn't suck at 3-finger)

Index them as if it was BB Revenge haha. Pretty much like same as I normally index a fast song. Laid back!

Re: What do you do on Monstrous Turtles! 32nds?
ive only played this file maybe 3 times and it pisses me off, i once got to about 4/5ths of the song with a full combo and got 1 miss then comboed the rest i was pissed, then i dont think ive played it really since, but id say its pretty easy to index them.

On any stream, it's my habit to lean a little to the right, and NO MY HANDS ARE NOT RELAXED. Each finger comes like half an inch off the keyboard with every stroke so I can make a whopping noise to wake up my whole house in the middle of the night.

I only need 3 seconds :)

Re: What do you do on Monstrous Turtles! 32nds?
you relax, if you're tense, you'll avg/miss too many times.
Indexing also helps a lot as well . |

Re: What do you do on Monstrous Turtles! 32nds?
though the shade is 32nd, because of the BPM (90+ I think...) it would make them equal to 16th notes in songs like Lunar Saturation or {midnight} etc.

Re: What do you do on Monstrous Turtles! 32nds?
actually my PA tends to be higher if i tense up rather than if i try to relax. when i tense up i have better reflexes.

Re: What do you do on Monstrous Turtles! 32nds?
well... when I flagged it about 30 minutes ago, I was relaxed... It depends on how the person plays better that matters.
BTW, the BPM if considered as 16ths notes instead of 32nds is 206. So you should keep in mind that if you play by BPM like I do. |

Re: What do you do on Monstrous Turtles! 32nds?
I play it as a 206 BPM 16th stream and partially index it.
And I still av-miss horribly though. |

The only thing stopping me from FCing is the stupis runningman at the beginning of the stream.

I'll try it tonight, and I'll tell you what I think.
206bpm 16ths shouldn't be all that fast though. Maybe fast enough to get AvMisses, but it shouldn't be too fast for a good player.

Re: What do you do on Monstrous Turtles! 32nds?
4 framer is the only problem, but it's not as bad as SP or FOTBB.
FYI, this song has like 60 4-framers. |
