Upcoming Anime/Video Game Convention Locations
Since we're talking about upcoming conventions, here is a list I have of upcoming events. If you live in the area of any of these conventions, please let us know so we can consider events to have FFR representives present. Obviously, we can't possibly hit every single convention and most conventions will most likely be simple appearances, but any outlet through which we can promote the site would be awesome and everyone's support for the site would be greatly appreciated.

Omfg Boise Idaho! Please God! If you came here, OMG, L_eMo_N, Zajac, and a few others I know would flip **** if you guys came to present FFR.... *drools at the idea* Sure it won't probably be the biggest convention but still, that would be amazing to meet you guys on our home turf.

Re: Upcoming Anime/Video Game Convention Locations
What would these FFR representatives do? I was going to go to Anime North anyway and would love to help FFR out.

Re: Upcoming Anime/Video Game Convention Locations
As we know there are members around the area and willing to go, we would plan the details out from there. This is mainly more of a means of which to judge interest.

Re: Upcoming Anime/Video Game Convention Locations
Haha, that would be good if you guys came to Boise, I would get to pre-meet everyone if you will, before I went to the Animarathon at BGSU. Plus it would give an even more incentive to get my parents to buy me plane tickets rather than me paying for them because they'd see you guys were for real and mean business. OMG, I'm hyper right now lol.

Re: Upcoming Anime/Video Game Convention Locations
The two conventions in New Jersey, ESPECIALLY the one in Hoboken would be a really good idea. Hoboken is close enough to NYC to basically be NYC. It would be slightly cheaper for people to stay near there. And because it is so close to the city we could go into the city anyway. Out of any ideas for an east coast convention I like that one the best.

Re: Upcoming Anime/Video Game Convention Locations
Roughly what would a representative do? I can't really know if I'm interested unless I know what we're going to do in a sense. Just walk around in FFR t-shirts or have a convention booth?

I know Edu and I could represent and do something big here. I'd be willing to set something big up. |

Richmond KT is about the same distance to Bowling Green from my place, so I could probley make it to that one.

Re: Upcoming Anime/Video Game Convention Locations
I'd like to do a live show at Animarathon. lol
We'll have to check that out, Starshot. Basically, we want to see how many members would be willing to go to events and once we know the scope of the event, we'll know what we can do from there. I wouldn't want to set up a display unless a staff member would be present at the event, but for other events, we can possibly arrange to send items to members to promote the site.

Re: Upcoming Anime/Video Game Convention Locations
well, I've been saying for months that we should do a full scale event at anime expo here in LA. But that is more for us to discuss in the admin cave.

Re: Upcoming Anime/Video Game Convention Locations
If someone can fly me out there, I'd more than happy to hit Los Angeles again. lol
Just getting out there alone would cost me a cool 300 bones.
