Profile pets window gone

I can not and have not been able to see my pet window for some time now. It used to have connection errors every so often but now it is just gone. I have checked and unchecked the box in the profile edit page with no avail. I cleared all my cookies and even tried it on another computer. I am out of ideas. help?

Hope they fix it? I haven't seen it working in a long time, either.
