The Nightmare Before Christmas is quality. And just so you know, I haven't been in Hot Topic in like 6 years... Maybe you only hate it because Hot Topic says it is cool? That is just as bad.

I never said I hated the movie. I like it. It's a pretty good movie. The musical numbers were quite clever and the animation was good. I wouldnt consider it one of my favorite movies, but it is better than most of the movies I have seen.

My question is why wasnt the movie popular until a decade after it's release?

Because Hot Topic didnt start selling The Nightmare Before Christmas merchandise until a decade after it's release.

I dont dislike Hot Topic either. It's just way to over priced.
