RE: best finger configuration?
I use a fast configuration, especially if you cannot do 2 handed method. Here goes:
<= Index finger V/^= Middle finger >= Ring finger. This is the right handed form. If you're left handed switch the index and ring fingers. -Mr. 1up-

2 hands, 4 fingers. <=Left Middle. v=Left Index. >=6 on numpad with right middle. ^=8 on numpad right index.

I usually set it up like this:
Left: Middle finger Down: Index Up: Middle (right hand) Right: Ring finger (right hand... Duh) It's probably not the worlds best setup, but it seems to work pretty good. It lets me do Delerium without trouble...

left - index finger right - ring finger if your left-handed then switch the ring finger and index finger

I'm left handed and have been playing one handed with my right hand (I find it easier for some reason), it's unconfortable using my left hand to play. Lately, I've been playing indexes, which is fun

Re: best finger configuration?
I play with two fingers. I find that on longer songs I start to get tired at the end. I'm trying to switch up and have differnt methods so when I do get tired I can switch.

Re: best finger configuration?
I have been playing around with styles and finger configuations and I have found out that when I just use two finger that I have better accuracy. When I use four I'm not as accurate but can play longer. So......I use two fingers and whenever I can squeeze in my middle fingers I do and it has come to help me. I like this technique and I think I will prosper greatly in the FFR world using it.
