What is Lights?

I get that kb7 is kind of like beatmania, but seriously what is lights? When I try to configure my keys, it tells me that I'm missing marquee up left or something.

The 'lights' game mode is supposed to be like this other rhythm game by Konami called "Dance ManiaX", if I recall correctly.

seening that I doubt anyone else at ffr aside from me know what it is let me explain it

lights is a non gameplay mode for arcade systems, like if you got a arcade with lights and want them to flash with the song/beats, you can make charts for the lights ~

and thats all
