You need a speaker!

Also, just go to http://mediaconverter.org/
Upload your file and convert it.

Code:
Supported formats:
- 3gp
- 3g2
- asf
- avi
- flv
- m4v
- mkv
- mov
- mp3
- mp4
- mpeg
- ogg
- rm
- wav
- wmv
This site can't even handle conventional formats like NSF, SPC, VGZ or SID. Why would it be able to handle something that practically nobody uses?

Anyway, speex is an ogg container so VLC might be able to handle it. If not, there are plenty of decoders available for various players. There's one for Winamp here.

edit: although why the **** do you have pc98 soundtrack files in spx format anyway................................. you could just get hoot player and download the original m-files and play those instead for truer/better sound and smaller filesizes.

hoot player can be found here
every pc98 soundtrack in the world ever can be found here

get the decoder I linked and winamp should play them

currently figuring out how to work hoot myself, I've never used the damn thing before and it's confusing hehe

edit: okay. first get hoot player, then download the ini from the site where all the soundtracks are, then go to http://snesmusic.org/hoot/v2/faq.php and download the drum samples. unzip those in hoot's root folder, along with the ini update. download whatever soundtracks you want from the site I linked. don't unpack them, but put the zip-files in the hoot/pc98/ folder. now open hoot, and press CTRL+R and it will find everything and you can play whatever you want

brb listening to some stuff

edit: make sure to get the TH05 versions of whatever's available 'cause they sound WAY better and has drums and stuff

well the touhou pc98 soundtracks are all pretty damn good if you haven't heard them before. I much prefer them to zun's more recent stuff for some reason.

edit: also definitely check out the y's soundtracks and variable geo.

update your ini's and/or make sure to get the wave files so it doesn't trip on the drum samples

ps i've edited every post I've made in this thread at least once. I think something's wrong with my brain

you can disable FM channels in hoot and then render every channel separately into a wav.

BRB DOING SOME ****IN' TRANSCRIBING.
