Denied Artist Permission Requests

This thread is for song artist permission requests that were rejected or didn't receive a reply.

If there are any issues with permissions being changed, updated, or removed, report it by posting in this thread.
You may also post a message on the profiles of the people who update this thread and they will update the thread when they see your message.

Concerning permission requests:

Remember, we are requesting to use their music, so take care to be respectful and let them know that it's a privilege to have them on our site.

Refer to this when asking a new artist.

It is also necessary to state any reasons as to why something would also not be allowed for FFR (like record companies which would request a large sum of money if we were to use their songs).

because most "said" record companies/labels/etc. want royalties for the songs that "said" artist released under "said" record company/label/etc.

at least that's what I would assume that's one of the main reasons why permissions would be rejected...

(Conditions to second use of Touhou musics and musics made by ZUN)

今日までに東方シリーズの二次創作作品としては数々の作品が発表されていますが、
これらに関して、その多くが今までＢＧＭとして東方紅魔郷及び東方妖々夢の内部データを推奨してきました。
(From today there were a lot of second creation of Touhou series, but most of them have been recommended to use program data from the Embodiment of Scarlet Devil and Perfect Cherry Blossom as the BGM.) 

しかしながらこれらは各二次作者の独自の判断によるものであり、公式なものではありませんでした。
(But these were originally considered by each second creator, and were unofficial.)

そこで今回ＷＡＩ・unionがこれらの二次創作における楽曲の利用に関して、一次作者のＺＵＮ氏に確認を求めた所、以下のような回答を頂きました。
(So this time WAI and union asked for confirm about use of music in second creation to ZUN, the original creator, and we got answer from him.)

以下、ＺＵＮ氏のメールより転載（一部原著作者の意向に基づき改変）。
(Below is from mail by ZUN. Note: Parts of them have been changed due to intention of original creator.)

> 以下の条件を満たしていれば問題ありません。
(I don't recommend to use music etc. from program data, but no problem if it meets conditions below.)

(.You are not permitted to use them in program except if it's second creation of Touhou. Note that you need to make a consultation if it's second creation of Touhou and meets condition below.)

Underline parts above are reason. Maybe this means ZUN auto-rejected our permission request, and that's why he doesn't reply.
