^Kinda this. Also, there's really no need to add additional characters since you can just use your avatar instead(on Velocity's Engine), which is a lot more cooler.

They can be updated, but we need to get artists who are good at anime/realistic graphics, first.

I'm sure that can easily be done if someone just asked in the first place.

The characters are a nice bonus, to say the least. They don't do anything, of course.
