This is a KB file pack.

Rules are:

- Files don't need any more than one chart. If you make more charts, kudos to you.
- It's nice if you make your own graphics. In the end our gfx team will run through the graphicless files and put some expressive gfx on them.
- Good sound quality please. You are responsible for this. I'm not asking apes, flacs or kangaroos. Just don't make people's ears bleed.
- Judging will be srs strict bsns. Quarity up in dis. There will be no pending. Only Yes or No. If a smartypants puts pending or nothing at all when judging a file, that will be switched to a No in the end.
- Darkcalibur files are banned from this pack. Tetraslash files will be veto'd in case of submission.
- Where are you ophi? ;-;
- You can step anything Japan. That includes touhou, anime, videogames, hentai, slot machine songs, Don's favorite 60s songs, Japan LSDJ, etc... go wild.
- For those who were courageous enough to submit for the troll vg4, their files will earn an unanimous Yes from The Hate.
- Shameimaru files are a miracle of the universe.

Im going to submit it anyway because its charted fairly well. If its bad, go ahead and reject it, but if its a good, then just accept it. easy.

I know how to judge lol. I'm just letting you know I'm not lenient on resteps. There are millions of other songs you can submit, especially since my file was just released in a pack

to avoid the potential amount of bias and personal opinion in judging resteps, I think there should be some sort of rule where if someone restepped a song that was previously done by an individual actually on the judgment team, that individual should refrain from reviewing it and let the other judges do it. this is on the sole basis that there will be too much personal bias on how they feel the file should be stepped as opposed to focusing on the actual file structure and ideas in itself. I mean a file can have great ideas and concepts but if you already stepped it, you're going to be biased from the get go which -will- influence the review.

I usually just pass the file out of courtesy though, same applies for FFR.
