I need a good FFR keyboard.
My current keyboard is very loud and very crappy in almost all other ways. I'm looking for a nice solid USB keyboard which:
1) registers at least 4 keystrokes at once. 2) has easily depressed keys (the keyboards I've tried tend to be great except in this regard: the keys are really stiff and difficult to play really softly and quickly on.) 3) doesn't suck. Any specific suggestions would be awesome. |

Re: I need a good FFR keyboard.
Logitech Ultra Xflat.
Look it up. I just got one for 19.99 Its got laptop-like keys. Its super responsive, and its sooo much better than a standard kb with those bulky, clumsy keys. Of course if you're not used to laptop keys, it will take you a bit to get comfy with it, but its very worth it. Best purchase of the year award. XD

Re: I need a good FFR keyboard.
Wow, could I get this at my local "Best Buys/Circuit City/Fry's Electronics" Swabby? Or would I have to order it?

Got mine from NewEgg.com. They are awesome. Super reliable, fast, and cheap. Its a few bucks 3 day delivery, and it actually came on the 3rd day... not a week from when they said like other company's I've experienced. =]

Swabber: is this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16823126022 it? I searched and couldn't find a match so I had to browse. I'm always paranoid about getting the wrong thing when I shop.

G15 is HORRIBLE for SM/FFR, G11 is the same thing pretty much.

:] I have one. You'll see it in my first video, I will be uploading it shortly. Good sounding taps, registers a lot of keys at once. You can setup keymaps. Read about it. Only downside is the price, $100. I just happened to have that much at the time. edit: http://www.flashflashrevolution.com/...hp?songid=2897 Last edited by LLaMaSaUceYup; 04-9-2008 at 07:48 PM.. |
