I am desperately looking for a file

I stepped this song in '07 or '08 and uploaded the file for the simfile DB. Someone in Rift mentioned the song, and I nostalgia'd hardcore. Now I'm looking for the file for it. Graphics were made by Legacy, iirc there are two difficulties for it.

I WILL LITERALLY PAY ANYONE THAT IS ABLE TO UPLOAD THIS FILE FOR ME. $10. NOT MUCH BUT IT'S A SIMFILE. HOLY SHIT.

IF ANY ADMINS STILL HAVE BACKUPS OF THE SIMFILE DATABASE AND CAN UPLOAD THIS FILE FOR ME, I WILL PAYPAL THEM $20. TWENTY. ****ING. DOLLARS.

I wonder if the database is actually stored somewhere, or if its deletion was permanent.

It'd be cool if I could retrieve my files too. It'd be cool if I ever compile every file I made outside of my touhou packs into its own pack :V

I keep hearing murmurs that it will be restored just long enough for people to retrieve their old files, but I doubt it's much more than a rumor.

It definitely won't be restored for the public... but I don't think it's all that impossible that it still does exist somewhere. I mean, I used to think p4uv1 was lost to the mists of time, but that one was found again

Sounds like a song that Joe would have stepped. I had a copy, but it's gone to a broken harddrive. I attempted to find a place where I could download all of his old files, however my searching didn't turn up anything. At this point, dballin is probably your best bet.
