Re: Dragons Fury: Custom Tournament #6
I think I know now how it feels like to be the one who just cannot keep up with the rest of D6A, no matter how much you try

man, I feel really bad now. =/
There's not much we can do about your situation, unfortunately. You put up a good fight by AAAing the first four rounds (and one of two on round 5), though. |

Re: Dragons Fury: Custom Tournament #6
Man Scatta is really hard for me to read, and I find the patterns in Epilogue really awkward and not-fun, not to mention difficult to PA.
Not even sure if I can SDG these, really hope the rest of D3B has as much trouble with them as I am lol EDIT- just to be clear my QQ about Scatta is not that it's a bad file, just my inability to play it well. Epilogue is pretty annoying though, don't agree with the way it's stepped at all.

Re: Dragons Fury: Custom Tournament #6
I won't improve these. Reason: No good keyboard to play with except the one on my laptop but I don't wanna play on it + Too much GoW3. Derp.

Re: Dragons Fury: Custom Tournament #6
I'll take the -125 deduction for this score:
Thank you again for the extensions: I'm trying to get my good scores in before I head back to college tomorrow. I think I'll submit these two for now. If I can get a better score than these two round 6 scores on my laptop, I'd be extremely surprised. Thank you for the great tournament. I wished I have more time to commit to this :3 |

Re: Dragons Fury: Custom Tournament #6
A nice benchmark on Scatta: you want to have 14900 at the first major pause to be on track for AAA (the long gap after the alternating jumpstream is a good time to check your score)
I've sort of figured the file out. Once I got past the reading difficulties (had to take screenshots of one part) the file actually turned out to be rather easy. AAA-able, even

Re: Dragons Fury: Custom Tournament #6
Double post for winning my division \o/
My Scatta score is 100 points behind the AAA and my Epilogue score is 135 behind the AAA value. But I'm leading my division by 530, so even if the rest of my division AAAs the files I have victorymania This gives me more time to do reviews of the other division's files... That said I might try to AAA Scatta at some point, the file is fun now that I figured out wtf is going on in the last part. Still think it would be better without the color gimmick but hey it was worth trying! While I might also be able to improve Epilogue I remain not a fan of the file, so I probably won't play it again.

Re: Dragons Fury: Custom Tournament #6
amazing files Reshi and Hi19 <3 Will improve, just need to have more consistency, especially on DotA though the song brings nostalgia <3 and Rawest Forst brought me back to the SMRPG days <3

Re: Dragons Fury: Custom Tournament #6
Jeez hi19 -- you improved pretty quickly, haha.
And yeah, I could have stepped Scatta without the colors, but I figured...Scatta, crazy colors...eh, they go hand in hand in my ridiculous thought process. |

Improved. I hope to get this to 50s or even mid 40s PA by the end of the round.

2. I plan on changing patterns in Epilogue before I submit it to ffr. If anyone has any like large things to point out about it PM me please? I'm not very good with patterns, in fact if you saw it before DC sent me some pattern suggestions you'd cry. It was really bad. 3. </3 |
