Well like first of all what's with the little green circles next to songs on the lists that I think say FC.
And how do you AAA? what exactly is that? Do you have to be on a certain difficultly level to get it?
And if anyone has any advice as to how to get better or songs I could play to help. I play one handed and I can't get past Very Difficult (8) to save my life :\

FC means youve Full Combo'd something, meaning you hit every note in the song without geting a "miss", which is failing to hit a note altogether.

AAA is when you get ALL Perfect hits on a song, no goods, n great or boos, ALL perfects. Its the best ranking you can get for a song. All song difficulties can get AAAs.

Get better by practice, play some Stepmania or other engines of FFR. experiment with different songs and speeds and playing style. Most people play spread, which is when left hand is on left side of the keyboard and right hand is on the right and the key mappings are split right down the middle. Left and Down are hit with the left hand, and Up and Right are hit with the Right hands. Example: QWOP. Right hand hits Q for left, and W for down. Right hand hits O for Up, and P for Right.

the green circle means you have fc'd(full combo'd) the song which is to say you played the entire song without missing an arrow.

a AAA is a perfect full combo which means you hit every arrow while obtaining a perfect on every arrow also.

The little green circles are FCs. You get yellow circles if you make an AAA.

How do you AAA = get 100% perfects on the song. If you get a good, average, miss or boo, you no longer AAA.

They can be attained through any difficulty level - 1 through 13.

A lot of the better players here play in a style known as "spread": This is a style that uses 2 hands, 2 index fingers and 2 middle fingers. I use this style, and I play with AS KL (A = Left, S = Down, K = Up, L = Right). It works with some practice, at first it is like starting the game anew, but you'll get better, faster with time.

who cares pretty much sum everything up!

If you are interested in getting better, many of us would suggest you to switch from one hand to two hand playing, but there are some people who intend to be one of the best one handed players on FFR. I play with two hands, and it's much easier to get a better score on harder files than with one hand. Just a suggestion though! (:

Well, the green circles that say "FC" , that means you have a full combo on that song (no misses)

AAA is when you hit every note with a "Perfect rating" . It's the highest grade in the game and can be achieved on any level. (:

As for advice on getting better, or practice songs, i'm still finding that out for myself xD there are multiple songs though that are good for practicing certain patterns and such, i'll let one of the others here go into more detail with that. Playing one handed isn't uncommon, i know several others that play one handed (: It's really a personal preference. Personally, when i switch from one handed to "Spread" technique (where you use the index and middle fingers on both hands in a spread out fashion on the keyboard) then i got immediately better. Common spread keys people use are AS KL, QW OP, ER UI, SD JK, ZX CV, etc. Again, find what works best for you and is most comfortable for you (:

It's always a good idea to read the "stickies", or the threads with a thumbtack beside them. They usually awnser a lot of questions you would originally come here for. Anyway hope you have a great time back at FFR!

FC = Full Combo (It means that you hit every arrow without missing one)

AAA = Perfect Score (It means that you got a perfect on every arrow)

Also, it depends what you mean by difficultly level. If you just started playing FFR then it will probably take you some time to get your first AAA unless if you are a fast learner! As for advice, I can not really help you much since you are a one-handed player however one thing I will say is to practice your weaknesses and stay determined when you are practicing.
