So you should be able to paste this formula into the master sheet to get total exp
=5*(D2^2)+95*D2-90-E2
EDIT: ^This is wrong

Where am I pasting this? I barely use formulas on spreadsheets because I'm terrible at them and sometimes they can be unreliable.

Anywhere in second row of the sheet where you want to start a new column for total exp. Specifically the "Master Sheet"

EDIT: So, probably just put it into F2
