HELLO! after a week's worth of hibernation the orffices of TEAM GOAT with joint-affliation with the TEAM GOATPHOENIX restoration commitee have announced the restoration of the "GOAT meter" and "GOAT pages" with a bunch of fun new features. in case you are here on the most recentous page, this is it.

clicking the flag by the side of any user will sort every user by their flag. likewise, clicking the avatar of any user will cause an auto-update of that user's stats for easy access and enhanced psychogeographical wandering. there will be more to come as well! harppy trails~

What I'm most concerned about though is the math behind this. I would like if you would take a page out of my book and make the formula public in some way so that your users can tell you what you're doing wrong. As an aspiring statistic-maker myself, this is what I view as most important. I could give you a whole speech about my underpinning philosophy, but I think Halogen said it best:

("steps" are an equidistant number within each "100" of the GLO. the kyu/dan ratings go up one every hundred, while the Novice/Intermediate/etc rankings are done with the following zA boundaries: $boundary = array(0.0,25.311,42.965,54.0699,63.307,73.44,84.0436,100.0);)

just fixed a rather nasty glitch~ it turns out that the specific user "0" wasn't able to be added until this very moment! (they are rank 236 if anyone is interested)

as a result of this, users can now submit their entries in the form of a user id! simply type &userid= into the URL and whichever user had that place in line of their ticker queue to finger DDR destiny will be passed through the thing. for example: http://bitpuritans.eu/goat.php?&userid=1716973
