Same here. It's the only possible way I can counter ↓ ↑ trills and triplets.

Up/down: right index.

Switch to index for long jacks. I'm working on going spread, like this:

up: right index.
down: left index.
left: left middle.
right: right middle.

That one's hard, you need to overlap your hands.
