How do you position your feet while playing FFR?
I know this is probably a dumb question. But, while I'm playing FFR I sometimes rearrange my feet... several times, out of nerve.
How do you place your feet/legs while playing ffr? I'm curious.

Left pinky toe on A. Left big toe on F. Right big toe on J. Right pinky toe on ;. It works pretty well except I have trouble on running men.

Re: How do you position your feet while playing FFR?
I recently had this discussion with a friend lol. I either sit in my chair with my legs crossed indian style, then i switch to sitting on one leg and then other is on the floor, then i usually end up playing with both of my feet on the wall (since my computer desk is against the wall) or this little piece of wood in the back of my desk.

Re: How do you position your feet while playing FFR?
I do the same as I did back when I played FFR and everything. My feet sit up on whatever surface is available (at this present time that would be my bed) and rest the keyboard on my legs.

Re: How do you position your feet while playing FFR?
I let my legs stretch far under my desk, until right before the point my legs would feel uncomfortable. Then I have my legs crossed at the ankles and play in that fashion.

Re: How do you position your feet while playing FFR?
I feel like I can never sit still while trying to AAA. I start out with both feet planted, sitting on the edge of my seat. Then by the end of the song I'm a little further back and my feet at just crossed.
Weird.

My feet don't exist when I'm playing FFR. I can never immediately stand up after finishing a 3 hour run of FFR.

Re: How do you position your feet while playing FFR?
I put them on the lower shelve of my computer desk where the printer is. Sometimes I have my feet crossed. Sometimes I slouch over and sometimes I sit up.

Usually crossed, but occasionally my right leg is resting on the chair stool.

Re: How do you position your feet while playing FFR?
I have no idea. I don't know what my feet are doing when I play FFR. Some people have told me I've got leg spasms when I play

Re: How do you position your feet while playing FFR?
I really don't pay attention to what my feet does. But in the end, I can't feel my legs at all.

I have a computer desk with an open space at the bottom where you can put your computer and other extraneous things...so I just have my feet resting against the computer or around it. I don't pay attention to it, really...I'm much more anal about my keyboard placement.

I either fold them and sit on them in my chair, or I prop them up aagainst something.

Re: How do you position your feet while playing FFR?
Well, I have a pull out desk, and it squeaks to the beat, which may sound cool, but the desk also shakes up and down, which is rather annoying.
So I put a pillow on my lap, and slide it under the desk, pushing it up, removing shakiness/squeak. Sometimes if I'm not using a pillow, I'll have to put my feet on the palm, to push up my desk with my knees. If my adrenaline gets pumping my right foot will start shaking my whole desk, (pretty much has a spasm attack) This can get very distracting. The pillow helps... edit: When I first read the title, I was like, playing FFR with a mat? kept reading down, and was really confused. Haha. I understand though. Re: How do you position your feet while playing FFR?
Well, there's like like a little bar under my desk, so I put my feet there. Sometimes, I just go crisp-cross on my legs.
I have no idea, though.

Re: How do you position your feet while playing FFR?
well...usually i cross my legs at my ankles and rest them on this piece of wood under my desk, with my left toes against the wall while slouching in my chair...
if its a more difficult song, i lean forward in my chair with my feet flat on the floor |

I find for some reason that I always do better when I cross me feet.
Unless I'm playing FFR on pad. |

Re: How do you position your feet while playing FFR?
I agree with both those statements... Except I never go 3 full hours at a time. I use a side table as a chair so i tend to have enough room to sit criss cross or feet on the floor.

Re: How do you position your feet while playing FFR?
I do a variation of the following:
Having my feet on the floor and curling my toes under. Resting my heels on the bottom of the chair. Crossing my left leg over my right. Having both feet flat on the floor. I think that's all.
