Re: New Gaming Rig.
You should have got faster ram. 5-5-5-13 timing is a bit slow. I'm not sure of the capabilities of your mobo, but still.
Might need some more HDD space in the future depending on what you have. |

Re: New Gaming Rig.
Right now I have 30 games installed with 205GB of space left. I just bought the orange box; on sunday I'll be installing that. That will take up 16GB so I'll have about 190GB.
End of march I'm getting £40 I'll buy another 320GB HDD..The only problem is I don't have any more SATA cables. I'll have to buy that too...T-T. Btw the ram is running at 5-5-5-12. But even if it is slow I don't really care because it still runs basically everything maxed out at a crisp 50~70fps. Company of Heroes, Need for speed carbon, counter strike source, Half life 2. And it's not even overclocked either. (I know they aren't new games.) And the case doesn't bother me, the one I have now is an Akasa Zen Black Midi ATX. It has 2x120mm fans and it's really quiet and cool. It's got one flop though, The top CD/DVD drive slot has this little gadget where you press the eject key and the drive flips open this plastic bit and the cd comes out. I was sitting playing Oblivion at 4am and my brother was sleeping and Oh? The drive just kept ejecting itself and going back in and ejecting it self like it was molesting itself. ;(. But I moved it to the second slot and it's fine now. Works really nice . Upgrades in the Future : 4GB ram ~~ 8GB ram 320GB HDD 2nd DVD Drive Mouse .

Re: New Gaming Rig.
OMG! Maybe we can introduce our horny drives together!
Mine has a 5.5" Floppy Disk, is your Disk Drive big enough? Do you need some Thermal Compound?
