Re: 7th Official FFR Tournament
Just thought I'd mention again that D4's difficulty level is completely wrong. We went from 14 people AAA'ing to 12 people AAA'ing to 1 person AAA'ing. By comparison, D4's song this week is the hardest no doubt.....this sucks... :/

Re: 7th Official FFR Tournament
The Replicator is more of a (constant) spike in terms of difficulty, whereas Press Start's difficulty lies in four very short areas. Both situations are pretty understandable.
D5 should end up with a tighter cutoff than D4 as long as people don't get lazy in the division. |

Either way, I completely agree with the fact that the song choices were very strange in terms of difficulty. D4 and D5 seem more like tiebreaker (for this round) songs more than round songs, but I actually enjoy the fact that people are struggling to SDG and still have a chance to stay in. I personally think replicator should be bumped up in difficulty terms, though. Maybe like a 66. |

Re: 7th Official FFR Tournament
Ok so now that I can finally fc the song, I can slowly work towards sdg...
I don't understand why I have so much trouble with this song (calling mars), I can sdg harder songs than this but the section with the jumps near the end is just not working for me. Any suggestions/help will be appreciated! |

Re: 7th Official FFR Tournament
Oh that's right there's an official going on still.
I should do some playing I suppose. Edit: Queen if you're having issues with jumps you should play songs that have a lot of them in there, but are harder than the one you're currently playing. After looking at the chart though you should be weary of the fact there's a lot of hand dominant patterns, and it appears that the chart is left hand biased. So maybe try using the mirror option if you're not already to start with just for overall difficulty's sake. Last edited by Xx{Midnight}xX; 07-24-2012 at 04:12 PM.. |

For D5 players (or anyone else having trouble with this part): http://www.flashflashrevolution.com/...p?songid=10097
Tried to break it apart as best as I could, hope it helps at least a few people. If you're having trouble with this part, play the isolation until you nail the AAA/BF three times in a row minimum, then go back to the file. |

Re: 7th Official FFR Tournament
I got 3-0-0-1 on Press Start.. Should have been 2-0-0-0 but I got too shakey again. The boo randomly popped up in the middle. Tied with Kirby615 and ragedberserker at 8th I think :3!
