It's another year and another OT, so let's see when kind of predictions you have regarding winners, placements, song choices, the stream not worked, the amount of VS files in the OT, etc.

D5 - James May
D6 - Jacobvl or some god gamer from another rhythm game
D7 - Spiraling or mr fish
D8 - Matt. this is the year matt.

There is almost no quantitative way this year's choice for D8's finale will be worse than OT15's.

I will post the predictions from my script once division placements are finalized. In the meantime, I'll use them to help FFR Staff out if they need those predictions.

3-way tie in round 6 of D5 featuring a new musician, the tiebreaker is a BMS song by a well-known musician, the winner survives with a 8.4 raw goods difference and then gets eliminated at 4th place in round 7 featuring a breakcore song not by VS by being sniped with a 1.2 raw goods difference 30 minutes before the deadline.

The tournament will have 8 VS files.
The stream of round 5 will have a hiccup in the introduction over a technical issue.
At least half of the 1st places will be players who are familiar with Osu.
There will be multiple tiebreakers, but they will all be broken by the end of the round.

Synthlight will signup and win division 1.
There will be no Venetian Snares, Camellia, Frums, Terminal 11, or Tasselfoot songs featured.
The total notes of all division songs will result in the number 98,415.
One of the divisions will only get Velocity files for every round song. Similarly one of the divisions will only get t+pazolite songs for their rounds.
Klarion loses the 50/50 on Kafka banner and gets Welt instead at 55 pulls in and then gets Kafka 32 more pulls later.
Each round will feature a new step artist with their first file release into FFR.
Squidward will make an appearance in round 8 of a division and the loser of the tiebreaker will get eliminated due to sneezing in the middle of their best run of the tiebreaker song and then proceed to mindblock it.
There will be 5 dump files released.
Goldstinger will eat a bagel.

We will get a file with absurdly low quality. But it will be only one, and I predict it will be the D5 round 3 file.
