Saga on Hamachi is my friend in Japan.

I'm pretty sure he beats all of you by a heck lot in SWR. =) Pretty sure.

In any case, you probably can't play him. His only opponent for now, is me. Unless if you want to deal with 200ms latency. He doesn't.

Max in a network is 16, IF those 16 joinees are free Hamachi. Premium Hamachi can come and go as they wish, there is no max count for them.

You can take off the things that says "get free please".

I am posting this from 7:34AM 8/8. Woot one form of "time travel". I come from the "future."

I suck at SWR. I'm no match for him. The odds of me winning is 2593048402 to 0.1. The only time I beat him was when I kept jB jB jB jBing over and over again until he got pissed off. =)

My current keyboard cannot complete a 5A combo, nor input any 236 214 421 623 moves. So I'm screwed for options.

19 days til I lose Touhou.

The difficulty of the game on a standardized level is the same with everyone. I never said that SWR is hard or easy to play. It's the same game to everyone. I'm merely saying that Saga is much better than the other SWR players on this thread.

He has never played IaMP. I plan to make him play on August 20th. Not that it matters to you guys really... you won't be able to play against him.

I only mentioned him because he's using the Hamachi Network.

What I meant was that being good at SWR doesn't merit as much as being good at IaMP IMHO, because of how much more novice-friendly SWR is.

5A combos shouldn't exist in the first place.

Of course. IaMP is definitely harder in terms of getting used to the gameplay, than SWR is. I never contradicted that right.

By my "not being able to complete a 5A combo," I was expressing how terrible my keyboard on my new laptop was.

btw, Saga never uses 5A in SWR.

Not really. There are many ways in which, you use 5A as an entry and link all different kinds of other moves to guardbreak the opponent without giving him/her a chance to retaliate. once you block saga's move, he won't let you escape unless if you get a lucky timing for a random hijump. if you try to attack, he'll hit you first. if you keep blocking, you'll be broken. if you try to graze, he uses a physical. no way out =(

someone help, game withdrawal symptoms... D= No FFR, no SM, no IIDX, no Osu, limited Touhou.

It's not that - it's the fact that just mashing A combos into itself. I find that amusing.

It was also rather annoying, since 5A poking actually had use in IaMP. Now that it combos into itself, poking to stuff slow moves doesn't work anymore.

Anokrok is pretty good, it seems. His Youmu game is quite impressive. Despite getting a few dropped inputs, he's giving me a run for my money, and I actually have to try to win. Heh heh.

I started trying IaMP a little more today, and the gameplay is interesting. I'm only playing AI's right now, but I'm getting used to the air combo concept. I have problems linking Youmu's combos right now though.

I think I might pick up Yukari as my secondary character, though I'll need a lot of practice. Only learned one combo with her so far and my timing isn't all that great with her since she has a slight delay to all her moves. And I keep inputting Yuyuko's combos for Yukari, lol.

You were playing nicely until after I did that 22B 22C j.BC j.BC combo. Then you went berserk and tore me apart. Go a little easier next time; it's the only combo I know. ):

Mina is pretty good and will probably surpass me. I saw some attempts at stronger Youmu combos when we played (I didn't even learn how to block for three days). You should play against human players more Mina. You'll become a lot less predictable and be able to beat me effortlessly. I was only able to beat you with my Youmu because I started reading your patterns.

But it seems weird that three people main Youmu here, I only know one of sixty or so that main her on irc.mizuumi.net.

Eh... one day of IaMP (I've probably clocked 2-3 hours of IaMP total). I should try to learn more stuff. I seriously only picked her because I recognized her. (Seriously, I just picked her because I didn't know who the other people were, I just know she's part of the avatar that my brother picked)

Edit: btw, why does everyone capitalize the "C" in my name? it's a "c"...
