Re: FFR Suggestions
Hmm, just wondering what happened to the metal noteskin in the beta. I was enjoying it yesterday, and now it's been replaced by "orbular".

Re: FFR Suggestions
if ^^^ happens, I want a way to mute the menu music. I like having a FFR window open without having to mute everything.

Thats why you should use velos engine where there is no menu music.

Re: FFR Suggestions
I just did a small update to the engine, should fix some song loading issues. I also got most of the Ingame login code ready, should be ready for the next update.
Know Issues: - Offset doesn't save. After setting your offset, click the "Set Speed" button to save it. It doesn't save now because it's not requested to save your settings, clicking speed will force save it. |

Re: FFR Suggestions
Replay Engine suggestion.
..or both. Edit: nvm, Fast Forward/Rewind may happen eventually but not now apparently and Skipping looks a little brutal for the engine because of how it loads. Ok, cool. Pause is more than enough for now anyway. Last edited by Hakulyte; 03-29-2011 at 11:17 AM.. |

Re: FFR Suggestions
It's still possible though. Even if the notes on their way from the spawners didn't spawn you would still be able to jump to a general section of the song.

Re: FFR Suggestions
Alright, suggestion on a new scoring system:
Rather than having combo as the main factor in the score, you can eliminate that by making the combo multiplier to zero and then adding 1000 to each hitting judgement. This way, a perfect that's worth 550 beforehand is now 1550, which still gives the same exact AAA score as the combo system now. I'm mainly suggesting this to reduce the ludicrous boocounts on files that really shouldn't need to be mashed just so your score can be zero misses. How much a miss takes away you guys can put input on that. So basically: -Perfect is 1550 -Good is 1275 -Average is 1055 -Combo is 0 |

Re: FFR Suggestions
I didn't mention boo values or miss values because I think you guys could put more input on that.

Re: FFR Suggestions
party4u v1 isn't being removed and I see 600+ boo FCs on that file
This has nothing to do with april fools, look at the other FGO files, winter wind etude has 1500+ boo FCs for example. |

Re: FFR Suggestions
697 to be more exact, but seriously, I think party4u v1's the only file (aside from Grist) that I've actually booglitched my FC on because it's complete and utter crap (and it's a skill token so it doesn't affect level ranks), but yeah, I get your point.

Re: FFR Suggestions
Can we remove [Heavy] [Light] [Standard] from all those widget songs that have only one file in-game?
Examples: The Divine Suicide of K, DotA, a bunch of stuff in rock
