so is it just me or is everyone that submitted scores for d3 going through to the next round? I almost feel bad for anyone that actually tried to get good scores

Good scores are never a waste. I encourage improving scores even without the immediate threat of elimination. I hope to help bring about self-improvement through friendly competition.

Besides, there are other prizes at stake I haven't disclosed yet...

And go harrass those silly nonsubmitters in your division if you feel so led. There's at least one in every division for you to bother

Yeah, same, I kinda half-assed it and I'm pleased with these scores cause I'll go through with them! XP

Same for D1 so far. At the same time, if it were not for this tournament I would have very little motivation to attempt AAA on Straight to Video. It is way too long and repetitive, and neither the song nor the chart are very interesting. Hint (sort of) - the related question that I will answer is boolean (i.e., has one of only two possible answers: yes/no; true/false; et cetera)
