I often find myself trying to do this when I'm forced to use IE on a (public) computer and want to clear my cookies so people can't get on whatever I'm logged into.

I have it set to automatically clear my stuff after I exit Firefox (after it prompts me), anyway.

I just use the silencer add-on on FireFox. Doesn't even pick up that you're on the internet. Pretty sweet.

Already checked my rss feeds, but thanks. I suppose the benefit is I don't have to clear out a cache on someone else's computer if I looked at private stuff (not porn, but private information I don't want left behind), but all in all, this feature seems just about as useless as the "zero watt monitors" which are actually monitors that turn themselves off so you don't have to. d'oh.
