people sign up all the time knowing that they'll be busy with other things and everyone has a chance for something to pop up
I originally signed up knowing that something could pop up, and that if I had to duck out for something, but I was/am totally willing to put in the effort needed to not replace out

and yet now that I know that replacing out would be a significantly larger detriment to my team, it's a fucking problem that I decided not to play?

the problem is that literally the opposite /will/ happen, where people join and don't put in any effort and end up just making the game feel (for lack of a better word) bad.

again, apologies because i shouldn't have called you out specifically, given that i don't really doubt that you'd have put in effort for when you could. Just the overarching problem of people signing up and not giving a shit is still there
