When you said "I now have his win condition" did you mean "I am now in possession of his win condition" or did you mean "His win condition is now my win condition" and if the second, do you mean in addition to or instead of your previous win condition?

the thing is, how much does xiz know/want to reveal. If the only thing you get is an item name, it makes sense to indicate that you use it by shooting yourself. people wont know that yod bet or zaphkiel means that your going to shoot yourself. even if it added "the gun" you would think that you might be able to shoot someone else. It is also the only dead character that links up with the gun and the parallels are a bit more than a coincidence. That said, you aren't kurumi so maybe the gun will kill you. i'd say there is only like a 30% chance you die, which is impressive for a "suicide gun". I dont know that the gun is safe, and i dont know that you should use it, but i do think it is from kurumi's body.

part of what's making this hard for me is I have to come to terms with "town(ish) sunfan fucked up" is the most likely turn of events which is an unusual thing to claim.

Also I think Xel's bit is fairly NAI now that the theory seems to be Xel picked up an item from circulation. Could have been an honest mistake.
