Re: Touhou Online for the FFR Community
I find it strange that .dot is ranked higher than you when I usually win the majority of matches whenever I play him =/
But then again, I'm slow whenever I play Remilia, lol.

If Remilia is an exception to your average skill, I have no problem putting myself below you.
Actually, I want to play .dot, see If I can beat him yet. GD: When you get the chance, play stargroup.

Re: Touhou Online for the FFR Community
Yeah, I was confused at why stargroup added me on MSN until I checked this thread, rofl. I'll get around to it whenever he's online and free.
Also, played ryu earlier and lost 10-2 =/ He's gotten better at combo-ing from the last time I played him.

Next time, we will play Kotarou. Probably will only last less than 10 games before I break another one though.

I'll play you sometime, Roxas. We need more Throwmus in here.

I'm pretty sure it's j.B. It's nice to see ap using the jargon.

Re: Touhou Online for the FFR Community
Either way, repeating 5A after the bomb will reduce damage from your finisher 236B, because proration will reduce the percentage you inflict as the combo goes on. Therefore, if you throw in 5A's, their damage is already insignificant; even moreso with proration, and that case is taken home further because your end combo doesn't do as much damage as you'd like. Also, by 5A'ing and 236B'ing, the jugglebar might be shortened to the point that the opponent can airtech out of it. That might not be the case, but unless I see it in action, I can't say it's not out of the realm of possibility.
While your power level (no DBZ jokes, they're stale) is high enough, you might as well end with 6DB j.B (I checked the wiki; I was right, Kotarou) because it'll inflict more than a damage subsidized 5A 5A 236B. That, and they're knocked down, ensuring you can get away scot-free.

Re: Touhou Online for the FFR Community
Please try to refrain using this thread as a means to find people online. IM systems take care of that.
I can't beat you yet ryu, but I got somewhat better. Hamachi will basically tell you who out of the member's list is online. The few that are not in the Hamachi network can be found on MSN.

Re: Touhou Online for the FFR Community
Whipped up a Touhou Online card of sorts, as you can see in my sig. I tried working in a box for character sprites but it looked bad, so I just put a character bar instead. I think it gets the job done.
You need 100 games logged (basing this on the honour system; they must be sent to Midday and added to post #2) to get one. Only exceptions I'm making to this for now are Ryu, GD and vvav - Ryu/GD because I've played well over 300~400 games with them. Vvav because I'll be damned if he hasn't played over 100 already. That is, if they care to have one. [edit] Post 1000 :>
