o yea that was happenin to me for a while you probably ogt a virus like me scan your comp. about 2 timea. i use earthlink protection control center and tat picked it up otherwise your computer might just be being slow like my old one

Tools -> Clear Private Data -> Check the box before "cache" and click something like okay. If you can't find Tools, just pust Ctrl + Shift+ Delete to bring the same thing up.

could also be a firewall issue that is preventing you from receiving some data from FFR.
