Help With Diet
Okay so here's what's going on.
Simply in need of encouragement. That's it. I'm trying to get buff and I already work out but not enough. So I ask of everyone here to leave some encouragement either on this thread, PMing me, E-mailing me, whatever. I just need some motivation and what's better than a bunch of people you barely even know constantly nagging you to excercise more. So please FFR will you help? and I plan to take pics of my progress.

Re: Help With Diet
Who cares?
If you're unable to motivate yourself, then essentially, you don't want to be physically fit, anyway. Might as well just give up, since evidentally, you're not doing this for yourself anyway.

Re: Help With Diet
Okay, I could see if this thread was asking about different exercises you could do, or eating tips, etc. BUT it's not. I don't see how/why you would need to get motivation from here. If you already workout, then why do you need any more encouragement?
I take it you're a guy. I can give you some tips if you want. Just PM me. Make sure you take protein shakes right when you wake up, and right after you workout. If you're not, I can still give you some excerises if you want, just PM me too.

Re: Help With Diet
Working out on a regular basis is hard when you start off, but dont worry, eventually it will work itself into your daily routine. Surely you've seen that with other aspects in your life, I know I have. Just keep looking toward the end and visualize what you want out of your workouts. Works for me!

Re: Help With Diet
YOU CAN DO IT! KEEP TRYING HARDER AND NEVER GIVE UP! NOW GO WORK OUT UNTIL YOU COLLAPSE! GO!GO!GO!GO! is that modivation enough? because i can use negative reinforcement and call you bad things to modivate you. your choice

Re: Help With Diet
I always start out strong and then after some time I just stop. . .idk. I'll want to excercise but I just can't bring myself to do it.

Re: Help With Diet
set goals. Start small and work your way up. If you say you can't seem to get too far into an excercise do some one day, then try to do a little bit more the next day. Try running. Try lifting.. swimming.. anything.

Re: Help With Diet
remember, when getting buff it's about how you workout, not how much.
I loved seeing noobs at the gym there like 5 days a week for like 2 hours being crushed by my super fast results working out 2-3 times a week for 45 minutes. XD ps good luck.

Workout with a friend or somebody there, that always works to keep going.

Re: Help With Diet
90% of getting buff is eating, only 10% is working out, i suggest eating a proper diet and then in your spare time working out, when you actually FEEL motivated, whenever that may be.

Re: Help With Diet
Motivation?? use No-Xplode you'll get energy throughout your workout. And eat alot (3 meals/ 3 protein shakes)..doesnt really matter what you eat. take a weight gainer if you can stomach it. lol i don't see why you need ppl online to nag at you to get motivated..that stuff should be taken care of when you're working out. Just get a spot on days you want to max out and actually get a workout plan for yourself. www.bodybuilding.com for cheap products.
