How is this score possible?

For the song "Secret Zombie Room" all of the top scores are 568,850 yet this one guy has managed a score of 8,388,607. How is that possible that he has gotten around 6x as good a score as anyone. My best is 563,350 and that was an AA, so I doubt an AAA would give this score.
