i want to lynch one of dbp/jrodd/mariomaniac but let's be honest with ourselves that isn't happening. red blaster is null for me and lynching him seems better than lynching blindreaper for now. i'm also disliking botchi right now.

Phase three - THESUNFAN

Sunfan started off TWG 151 making gentle prods on a few people. He made some pokes at dabackpack and moved onto blind.

He was one of the few people do defend MarioNintendo after the situation resolved. I too am in agreement with MN's posts: they're so town it and it hurts that people are considering him coached. More on this later. His thoughts on MN were only brought up after Xiz asked for a his opinion, and he was skeptical because daychat is a thing, but gave it town edge.

The coaching part is where we disagree. I brought it up briefly in my post about charu, but I see no way in hell the active users in the thread at the time could have coached him to have responses like:

This just screams inexperience. He's read some games so he's at least conscious of the enigma that is Charu and his playstyle, but something like the first line here definitely doesn't sound like something wolf buddies would let him post. I'm not sure why daychat was the first thing to come to your mind, either. It didn't seem to come up earlier in conversation by you except in jest, so I'm scratching my head here as to why you would potentially use daychat as a piece of evidence instead of his posts like you have been other players. If someone is making coached posts, I don't think it would look anything like this, but rather, be a real zinger about another player and something they said. This is just saying "yeah, I saw what Charu said. I agree!"

Like, I'd be someone who was coached to feel less independently minded about something like Charu and Xiz's mindfuckery and rather move into light analysis of others and partially ignore the fact that Charu and Xiz are chaotic players.

DBP struggles as a wolf, while he has shown that he is capable as a SK. I think your town lean is unwarranted for the reasoning your provided.

Another point of disagreement, mostly on the second half. I will never forget the time DaBackpack played me like a fucking fiddle on D0 of the JK9++ game where he tunneled the fuck out of storn and I ate his evidence up like a little baby. His posting record that game also has the equivalent of flat earth bullshit (in the form of star wars. no, I'm not making a comparison between the two in terms of quality), so I think the belief that he has the "shitty wolf" meta is outdated and bullshit.

I thought this was interesting coupled with what just happened with botchi. I called him out a little bit on this earlier, saying that he could be seeking hard to lynch targets early, but it looks like he had a long think about his reads after realizing most of them are town.
His read on j-rodd is acceptable, but I had the opposite read considering I saw his inactivity as a "nothing interesting is going on, gonna chill" scenario. Given the fact he had that conversation, his read is perfectly valid.

Echoing this from an earlier point. I really think you should reevaluate the meta you hold on him. He is capable of playing a wolf game outside of these boundaries.

The Verdict
More than likely town. We may disagree about reading certain players, but the way he conducted himself at EOD and put on a sympathetic crown for jrodd and botchi at one point leads me to believe he's a slightly frustrated town.
