Lumines?
Anyone here played Lumines for the PSP before?
It's a puzzle game that takes tetris, adds matching by colour, trippy backgrounds, awesome music and a funny dancing avatar in one awesome game. Anyone else have thoughts about it? Whoa, the soundtrack in this game is awesome. I'm listening to it right now...

Holy Crap
This game is the reason why I've stopped eating and sleeping. I've played it to death. My highscore is around 340,000 right now, and I'm not even close to getting sick of it. Seriously, if you have a PSP, this game should be in it. If you don't have a PSP, you should buy one just for this. It's that good. |

But...
Unfortunately, there's all those DS fanboys who are extremely vicious about their own purchase and will never get a chance to play this awesome game... Oh well.
It still owns regardless.

Until then, there is always Luminesweeper for Game Boy Advance and for GBA emulators. Yes, I recognize that the topic was technically "dead" at the time I entered, but the tradition in so many forums is that it is always better to post in an existing thread than to start a new one. Would you rather that I have started a new one?

RE: Re: RE: Lumines?
Why do people keep comparing it to Tetris? It has blocks, tetris has blocks. They both fall. At this point, the similarities cease.
They're not at all like each other, except for the block thing. I don't say Checkers is just like Othello or Reversi, do I? Nope. I don't say Pancakes are a waffle-mod. It's just common sense. It's a rythmically influenced puzzle game. Tetris is a gravitationally influenced puzzle game. Mal
