anyways the logic behind what me and popadoplis are doing here is based on a psychology study where if you get two experts into an argument the longer the argument goes on the closer the audience consensus comes towards 50/50 regardless of the truth values of the arguments

it's like a core tenant of my wolf game and at the cost of my wolf meta i want this lynch on popadopalis. i've watched him wolf a couple times and it's very sophisticated, he knows what he's doing when he's wolfing but i'm somewhere around 95% sure he is a wolf.

the things i think are bad about your james may lynch are not the lynch itself but the reasonings and the continued commitment to it upon review of those reasonings

i called the thing we went back and forth about WIFOM, and you agreed and came up with nothing regards to the WIFOM but were not willing to correct your tell about the DBP reveal which to me is just fucking damning for you

it is a thing you must acknowledge in a complete review of james may and i think manti's reasoning is worthwhile to consider. in order to prove your case to an audience you must prove that manti's reasoning doesn't stand up.

the whole reason we started this is because i didn't think it was in good faith to not consider that action as a part of an overall review of james mays' play this game and i didn't think your reasoning for continuing to call him wolfy w/r/t that was convincing in any sense and thus seemed forced

The things that he did as a disgruntled master wolf in that game were similar to what he's been doing this game. I haven't gotten a chance to read much of CXV yet because our back and forth started up.

yeah but that's got nothing to say about the action we cleared him for. and i haven't read it enough to be sure that it damns him.

we cleared him for making a play that seemed villa enough to wash out the other noise. it's the more important thing that happened.

it seems wolfy to me to read a game to understand a meta when i'm specifically telling you to do it to resolve a WIFOM dilemma, and then you come back with nothing in regards to the WIFOM dilemma that motivated it

james mays' play is too clunky to, in general and on the turn of a dime, become emotionally invested in a tunnel based on bad logic that will no one will ever follow

there are people that are capable of that, but it happened too quickly to be calculated. the people that are capable of stuff like that are confident wolves who have tried to make the best of bad situations through sheer charisma and force of will. neither of those terms describes james may in any game i've seen of his.

but that's a stretch at best. you are conforming his play to an extremely specific and narrow narrative that requires more than a cursory glance of meta, it requires an instance of a similar occurence.
