Yep, I'm going to do some work reading the thread today. TWG is so front loaded doing hypothesizing/theorycrafting and I'm lazy.

My initial thread runthrough usually takes 2-4 hours depending on interest and number of posts, and I just haven't been that interested.

I'll get something done today.

2-4 hours to read, 10.5 phase hours remaining, not even willing to defend your reasoning for the things I pointed out... This appears to be you trying to slow momentum and let my accusation of you fade away in a sea of disinterest.

If you don't have a good defense, ignore the attack. That's generally a pretty good wolf play.

I was actually kind of inclined to vote for Yoman today as well because of low posts and looking like he's appearing helpful. I thought he was a mason throughout the entiredy of Day 1 which is why I didn't say anything about him not saying anything much. But now that's out in the air...

I made a statement before the lynch last day phase where I expressed I didn't like how Xiz was behaving with the lynch.

I will say I'm not liking how Xiz is taking this. Makes me feel this is very very wrong.

He responded with:

Wolves do this all the time, This isn't anything out of the ordinary. He's trying to cast doubt over our votes, which applies to both roles in this situation, but it most certainly applies to a wolf's last chance attempt at survival.

Which okay, it looks like he's trying to pin him wolf there but adds the possibility that "Oh, but any role can do that".

That's all fine and dandy, but then I asked him:

What do you think of Xiz, Yoman?

And he answers:

I'd still rather kill off Manti than Xio today, and instead leave Xio for tomorrow, but a Manti wagon is obviously not happening today, and I don't feel bad with this lynch at all.

If Xio's a wolf, great! If not, then Xio was hella off his game and was making the wrong calls, and would likely continue to because he had started with them, so it's better he's gone now, I guess.

i was going to post yesterday but then. little did i know that my friend got civ v. or that i would stay until 3am playing it. vanilla civ v is so much better with brave new world btw. except for making cultural victories harder so. sadface.
unfortunately, we were not able to finish because continents are the worst. dumb continents. oh and i was egypt and that was da worsst. killed a bunch of barbarians though B). okay i should probably actually read the game and post and i dont know why i typed all of that SO WHATEVER.

I have to leave at 4PM EDT (about an hour) and visit my cousins, but I'll try to keep up with the thread while there.


Charu - That no one really defended him Day 1 and his making sporadic posts like this makes me feel he's Human. The only Charu Wolf game I've read is the one with Vendetta21 complimenting Charu about his performance, but based on that, I highly doubt Charu would use such a lame justification like that. What kind of Mafia would bother saying something like that? Sudden posts like this one also seem rather Human to me; it's rather spontaneous for a Mafia to have posted, I feel, anyway.
DarkManticoreX2 - Hasn't done very much at all save for his many joke posts. That he's doing so has me worried that he's a disinterested Human, but it's hard to interpret behaviour to be as Human or Mafia when the suspect in question hardly posts seriously!!!
yo man im awesome - Made a vote on Xiz and declared intent to hammer last Phase. And is apparently confident about a Manti lynch now. I don't like how resolute he seems to be, but he was also very confident in me being a Wolf last game when I was Doctor, so I'm leaning for him to be Human for now.
YoshL / DaBackpack - Grouping them together since my opinion on them is more or less the same. Coincidentally, a bunch of their Day 1 posts are within like minutes apart!!! Do you two plan this??? That aside, both seem to have rather consistent ideas with each other in regard to suspicions (e.g. suspecting iluswirl, wondering what was going on with the YMCA claim when he retracted and Gradiant ostensibly confirmed it, etc). Both have also been trying to get people to talk to an extent (namely iluswirl and lurker from some prodding). YoshL made a vote when Xiz voted Backpack, which I originally felt might have been in retaliation if he and Backpack were Wolf Partners, but YoshL changed his vote back to iluswirl later, so I imagine he legitimately did disagree with Xiz's reason and it wasn't purely because of Xiz's vote. I think that if one or the other of YoshL is Human or Mafia, so is the other. For the time being, I feel they're Human though.
j-rodd123 - Has been trying to promote activity Day 2 and made a few posts Day 1 about why Masons claiming was dumb. Seems Human to me, but not too sure.
MrPopadopalis25 - Made a post regarding Masons Day 1, but rather late since Gradiant had claimed and there was confusion on whether YMCA's claim was legitimate. Felt a bit artificial to me as a result. Hasn't posted too much otherwise.
iluswirl - Made a post about Masons claiming being dumb and subsequently voted by YoshL. He got to posting with some pressure from YoshL's vote, but I felt his defence was a bit wish-washy and didn't really say much. I don't like how ambivalent he is to everything right now either; we have more than 30 pages of content to read, surely you have an opinion on people by now!
Vendetta21 - No idea how he plays as a Wolf, but he seemed open to possibilities when the Xiz bandwagon was occurring; placing a vote on Charu and then me after predicting Wolf behaviours in this game. Mafia don't really need to stir activity or vote elsewhere when there are easy lynches in front of them, so I'm leaning Human for him at the moment.
lurker - Didn't post much Day 1, but has made a few Day 2, mostly asking for YMCA and Manti to post. No major opinion on him for now.


Going to place my vote on iluswirl for the time being. Beginning to think Mafia may be laying low (ironic considering I disagreed with Vendetta21 about it earlier!). Might end up switching to Manti if he remains unhelpful and I have access to Internet later, however.


P.S. - No out of thread communication is the worst and I never want to read through approximately 30 pages of Day 1 like that ever again.

That post was not me going neutral with. I was saying that I was confident in him being wolf, but at the same time, I was giving off the potential outcome of the flip, not whether or not I believed he was red.

basically what Vendetta said, this is intentionally slowing the pace down. This isn't Manti's normal analysis-based UTR play, this is Manti UTR-ing to avoid being in the spotlight, which is unlike him. There's so much I want to say about his posting that I can't put into words. It's the guttiest of gut reads but I don't really care.

well if you'd read my posts before that you would see progression for all my reads, that was a summary. what ones do you want to know about because Im not going through and explaining everyone when I've done so and you've been non existent this game
