You don't know true pain until you're on the receiving end of 3x20 DB RDL's. Give him some hamstring DOMS instead.

Because of how much I'm on my feet at work, I haven't trained legs in awhile because I'm scared of not being able to walk while at work. Since I have this week off, I think tomorrow is leg day. Can't say I'm looking forward to the rest of the week because of it.

Leg day should never cripple you at work lol. I work on my feet as well. I hit legs twice a week and I'm fine.

that would be very nice to look at. at i mean if he hasn't worked out legs hard ever he could get some pretty bad DOMs but yea even my worst ones never put me out at work lol. you'll be fine.

Been doing body pump lately (yes les mills classes i'm a faget and need to follow an instructor to get motivated)
I'm not bulking up, not for a while anyways. Just working on being a little more lean and getting rid of body fat that's been stuck on for 6 years I severely need to work on my diet though. 4lbs down, 15 more to go.

Ye, once you have the diet down it all just falls into place nicely. You're a chef so at least you can make food taste great that may otherwise taste not-so-great.
