Re: Evolution Out stage FC
Among all the threads posted by greats like Staiain, Dynamo, Dossar and Smartdude, it's refreshing to see stuff like this from the 99% that aren't there yet.
You might wanna think about using a different speedmod to hit more perfects. That, or go back to easier songs and work on improving the scores you have on those. I hear that helps with accuracy on harder stuff. |

Re: Evolution Out stage FC
Speedmod. The higher the speedmod, the quicker the arrows fly across the screen. Higher speedmods spread out the arrows more so you can read the more dense patterns better. It also can give you a better idea of the location of the perfect frames. Instead of seeing it in a millimeter or two of monitor space, it extends it to a larger visual area. It doesn't actually change the timing of the frames. It spreads out the distance an arrow travels on the screen during a frame. Hope this helps.

Re: Evolution Out stage FC
Once you type in a higher speed mod, make sure to click "set speed" for it to update, otherwise it will just stay the same. (You play legacy engine, right?)

Re: Evolution Out stage FC
if ur comfortable maybe start increasing by like .05 intervals so try 1.55, then 1.6, etc. some people on velo are super comfortable at 1.75x which is what I personally did for a while but now I play between 1.85-1.95. again it's better to increase slowly and faster isn't always better

Nice fc! Like igotrhythm said, it's refreshing to see a accomplishment thread like this from someone who isn't god-tier in the game yet. Everyone that has gotten good at this game started from humble beginnings, you just got to keep practicing and eventually you'll be at a skill you would have never thought to be possible for yourself. May your progress continue~
