So many people are dumping files possibly being unaware of the fact that the limit is for every two months, ahaha.

I sent only two deliberately and I'm waiting for my next two in the second part of this judgment period.

I'm dumping files because I don't trust another batch to open up within 2 months. I like the system in theory but I reserve the right to be skeptical too.
It's basically never happened since the start of the Tass era, ever since then the batches have taken a long time to judge and even longer to open up again.
I dare these judges to prove me wrong and stick to a tight schedule

No. It's still 115 submissions, the last one being Scintill's as he mentioned above a while ago. Been quiet since.

also, new rule about submission:

5. One file/one e-mail is recommended, but you can submit multiple files in one e-mail (in this case, we'll randomly determine the submission order of these files). You need to include only one file in a .zip/.rar file (do not send multiple simfiles in ONE .zip/.rar file).

You don't have to re-send files if you've already sent as of now.

This rule will make it easier for us to count files / check things, so yeah.

To clarify, just two things you need to know:

1) you can still send multiple files in any one email; you just can't send multiple files in one zip/rar.

2) If we're close to 120 files (say, 118 files received) and you send multiple files in one email that will make the number of submissions go over the 120 limit, then which files we'll end up choosing in your email will be random.
e.g. If there are 118 files in our inbox, and you send an email with 5 files, we'll randomly choose 2 of them to be judged. The other 3 will have to wait for the next batch of judgments. If you don't want this to happen to yourself, then submit earlier!
