Harry Potter Series
Anyways, when I first heard of the first movie I instantly thought it would suck and that it's just a kiddy film. Anyways when I finally stopped to watch it my opinion changed, then the next two were better and better.
The 4th one called: Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire looks like it'll be even better than the 3rd which I thought was the best so far. Check out the trailer: http://harrypotter.warnerbros.com/go...ire/index.html Theres only one more book that they're no doubt going to turn into a movie. Anyways post your thoughts and opinions. I personally think it's amazing one woman has that great of an imagination. (I saw another thread about this but I don't think its as good as this thread)

RE: Harry Potter Series
There are no more movies after this one, the author said so herself on an interview way back.

Actually.....She kind of does get to make the decisions, seeing that she has it copyrighted. As for you Fallen, can I get some evidence to back up this outrageous statement?

RE: Harry Potter Series
What bothers me is, I don't see how they'll be able to make all 7 movies. The books are basically each year at the school, but the movies (and books) take more than a single year to make, so the actors are actually growing more than their characters would have between movies. My sister reads all the books and tells me I'll love 4 and 5, and says that it starts kinda childish but becomes a pretty serious book. I personally would love to see 7 Harry Potter films, especially after what my sis has told me.
I just don't think it's gonna happen. =\

I never thought it was childish though, because I've been the same age as Harry Potter in every book I've read. I was 11 when I read the first, 12 when I read the second, 13 when I read the third etc. However, I will be a year older than Harry when I read the 6th. But really, anyone who hasnt read the books, do so. |

Send me a .pdf of the books, and maybe I will consider watching the newer movies, because I have no interest in them.

I love the series, and I'm really glad that they got a new director for the third movie. I can't wait for the new movie, AND the new book to come out!
I as well, have been the same age as Harry each year that they came out, so it's really cool to grow up with a character in a book. EB, you should read them =) P.S.: *Hermione

I'm very pleased with the series of movies so far, I have only read the first 2 books back in Elementary school so I am very excited about the new movie. I saw a few trailers, looks awesome.

Like many, I thought the books would suck and that I would never read them, but somehow, after I read the first book (and why I read the first book is lost to me), I decided to read the second, than the third, than fourth and then the fifth. The movies were cool too.

I think it's ok. I never really had time to read the books because I have always been busy with dance, volleyball, track, and all that stuff. I did, however, get to see the movies. I accually kind of liked the movies and would love to see the newest one coming out. I think it will be pretty good accually.
