I can't do much about the resizing artifacts because the original source is poor in quality and lowres in the first place. maybe these will suffice though

Upscaled the old gfx, the background is pretty much unaltered but text was improved cause it was still vector, except lataia.

these are just awesome, it's a pity to waste them, why don't you try to adapt them to "retro city" with a few tweaks? they would even fit the title i think
