Default Before there was the DS there was...

I guess the DS design isnt as original as I thought.

Here is a link to the evolution of game controlers, pretty interesting.

Good find, Jewpin. They even have the VBoy on there. Oh man, I remember playing that at the store, but nobody ever bought them.

In less-depressing news, I got a job for an online business (which sells non-electronic games, of all things!) which has taught me a lot about marketing online and all that jazz.

So now I'm on Twitter @NoahWright.
And I write the blog for their website.

Plus I do cool programming in-house that you'll never see. =O

Funny, because that's exactly the same thing I remember.

Playing the VBoy for extensive hours had nasty side effects.

I own a Virtual Boy with 5 games.

I also used to play it for 5+ hours straight and I'm as good as ever.

I also own that Playstation NES controller on that page.

But it is a good find, nice meories. I usually only get these when digging through my room's storage.

Really? I hread if you played the VB for too long, you wouldn't be able to see the color red for a while and stuff.

Wow, so Kenzya has like half of all the games ever made for Virtual Boy.

True, but that isnt a lasting side effect. The rods (or is it cones?) in your eyes that pick up the color red become overstimulated blah blah blah, temporary blindness yadda yadda yadda.

Kenzya, do you own the Waterworld game?

I've got Wario Land, Virtual League Baseball, Mario Tennis, Mario Clash, and then Jack Brothers.

It's a really nice system. I wish they had made some more games for it though. Oh, and I never really experienced any side effects.. I miss that system now. I'm going to go dig it up and play some games.
