Default Importing pads

Recently I have been in the market for a metal dance pad, but am unable to find any that will ship out to Australia for less that US$170. I am not willing to pay that much for shipping, as it is more than the pad itself. Does anyone know of any sites either from Australia that sell metal heavy duty pads, or any other sites that will ship out metal pads for a cheaper price?

EDIT: I understand shipping for metal pads will be costly, as they do weigh around 20kgs, I just believe that US$170 is a bit steep.

It's completely opinion-based. Some may like it, some may not. Also, not everyone is up for making their own pad. I've seen people attempt to make metal pads, and it didn't go so well. Guess what? That's about 150$ (CAN) thrown right out the window.

Anyway, playasia ships to pretty much...anywhere. But again shipping rate depends on both the weight and distance that your product is going.

Here's a metal ddr pad priced for a little over $100

Hope that helped.

Thanks guys, I eventually ended up ordering a TX1000 and DDR Extreme from Lik-Sang. I tried ordering a pad on Play-Asia, but the only metal pad they will ship to Australia is sold out. I was origionally looking at Lik-Sang, and shipping the one order of the pad and game cost like US$160, whereas separate shippings only costs US$117 shipping. A friend pointed this out last night, then I immediately ordered it. Cheapest shipping I could find.
