I don't think Szeren ever was; Novo Mundo is pretty much an ex-FMO but I don't think it classifies as one under the ~new system~ unless Beadumagen, BRWP etc. are promoted along with it lol

szeren wasn't, but novo was, so 65 is the border. just like 55 border between old 9/10s. AA is a 66, and that's def an FMO
