Gambling Hall.
Bring back the gambling hall or something of the like. It was a great credit sink while it lasted.

Re: Gambling Hall.
I have a better idea.
If you guys need a credit sink, I have one right here. Go to here: http://www.flashflashrevolution.com/tools/ffrshop.php Input "Anaru" in place of username, and put a good amount of credits you'd like to sink in place of 0. Press "Transfer." |

Re: Gambling Hall.
That's the general idea of a credit sink.

Re: Gambling Hall.
In theory you'd put up a bet, someone else could match your bet, the site would flip a coin, and one person got most of the credits with a percentage taken out as a fee by the site.
In practice it seems like a few people figured out how it was picking its winners and managed to game it for quite a large string of wins. |

Re: Gambling Hall.
Lol I dropped from 40K to 100 credits 1 day in the gambling hall. I then turned that 100 credits back into 438K

Re: Gambling Hall.
It was fun watching my credits go down so low, and then getting lucky and having them rise up again. I know it sounds kinda cheesy, but it was somewhat of an emotional rollercoaster. It was an interesting time waster, and one I'll always miss.

Re: Gambling Hall.
I just want to loose credits? Well no I really don't, but that is likely what will happen if the gambling hall ever comes back. Seeing as I had big gain before, now I'd be awaiting big loss. But who cares, it's all for fun, and fun for all.

Re: Gambling Hall.
Basically what Devonin said, at least as far as I can tell.
Needs to be more random and less exploitable if it ever was considered to be brought back. Also if there's already someone with a certain credit amount bet up it should FORCE the next person who wants that same amount to pair up with that person. There were too many people who would only initiate but never join existing. Maybe that was part of whatever exploit strategy people used? If there's a way to find out if people were for-sure exploiting the system, which users those were, and who they "won" against I say transfer the credits back to whoever they cheated. If indeed it was some exploit. And if that info is still tracked somewhere. Along with PMs telling people why they suddenly got a bunch of credits "So-and-so cheated in the credit gambling thing back in the day, we found they took this much from you ... here's your credits back" |

Re: Gambling Hall.
I dropped my 2.6 million credits to 50k credits. I finally have gotten 300k credits, but if that gambling hall comes back.... temptation to play increases.... <_<
