Rushy, add that you need to achieve Excite Bike's 65 boo requirement without quadholding because that is how Carlos intended it to be achieved. That loophole basically destroys the worth of that token

As far as I'm concerned, if you have sufficient proof that you completed the requirement (before or after it was created), you deserve it. Whether you can come up with that sufficient proof or not is up to you.
